A sales appraisal is an agent’s assessment of a likely selling range, supported by relevant market evidence. It is a starting point for planning a sale, rather than a promise of the price a buyer will pay. A registered valuation is a different service; ask your lender or adviser which assessment they require.
Tell us whether the property is in Mangawhai Village, Mangawhai Heads or the surrounding area, and provide the street address. For a lifestyle property or section, useful information includes access, water supply, wastewater arrangements and any title or consent documents you hold. Let the salesperson know about alterations and known issues so these can be discussed early.
