Shane Romani

Shane Romani is a Licensee Salesperson at Ray White Mangawhai, helping vendors and buyers with residential, coastal and lifestyle property. Her local work includes Mangawhai and Mangawhai Heads, within a real estate career spanning more than 20 years in Rodney and Kaipara.

Shane has sold properties ranging from Kiwi baches to higher-value homes. Her broader career has included sales from Puhoi to Tutukaka, while this profile centres on her work with the Mangawhai office. She spent 20 years in Europe before returning to New Zealand and making her home on the coast north of Auckland.

An important part of Shane's approach is helping buyers consider which property and location fit their needs. Buyers may begin with one area in mind and discover other suitable options as they compare their requirements. For vendors, this means discussing the property's practical appeal to potential purchasers and presenting its features clearly.

Why work with Shane?

Her experience spans different property types and price points. Her background in the wider Rodney and Kaipara area helps her discuss location choices with buyers. Her published customer feedback provides local examples of communication, negotiation and work through the sales process, including transactions on Tara Road, King Road and Dune View Drive in Mangawhai, and Findlay Street and Mangawhai Heads Road in the Heads.

Read the dated customer reviews and property results below when comparing agents. Ray White awards are shown separately with their award years. Past sales and individual reviews describe particular transactions and do not guarantee the price or timing of another sale.
