Ray White Mangawhai offers SuperGold Card holders a 10% discount on our service fee (commission) when selling their property through us.

How to use the offer

1. Tell your Ray White Mangawhai salesperson that you are a SuperGold Card holder before listing your property for sale.
2. Ask your salesperson to confirm the discount and the applicable fee in your written proposal and agency agreement.
3. The discount is applied to the service fee upon settlement.

What should I confirm before listing?

Ask for a written breakdown of commission, GST and any marketing or other costs, and how the SuperGold discount applies to your proposed sale. The offer is described as a discount on the service fee; ask the team to explain any other charges or conditions before signing.
